Kitty Kitz

Kitty Kitz was a branding and packaging project focused on creating a playful and welcoming cat-themed brand. We were given the opportunity to build our own brand identity from scratch, including the logo, packaging, advertisements, and supporting visuals. I chose a cat-inspired concept because I wanted the brand to feel soft, cozy, fun, and full of personality while still looking polished and professional.
Mood Boards

The mood boards helped establish the overall look and feeling of the Kitty Kitz brand. I explored soft colors, playful typography, cozy imagery, and cat-themed inspiration to create a visual direction that felt warm, friendly, and inviting. This process helped guide the branding and maintain consistency throughout the project.
Sketches

During the sketching phase, I explored multiple logo concepts, cat illustrations, and typography ideas. I experimented with different shapes, layouts, and icon styles to find a direction that best represented the playful personality of the brand. Sketching allowed me to freely test ideas before moving into digital designs.
Digital Drafts

The digital drafting stage focused on refining my strongest concepts and turning them into polished designs. I adjusted spacing, typography, and logo details while testing different compositions and layouts. This process helped create a more cohesive and professional brand identity.
Digital Drafts 2

In the second round of drafts, I continued refining the logo and visual system by simplifying shapes and improving overall balance. I explored cleaner layouts and stronger branding applications to make the final identity feel more polished and consistent across deliverables.
Final Design
The final Kitty Kitz logo combines playful cat illustrations with soft typography to create a warm and memorable identity. The rounded shapes and friendly visuals reflect the cozy and welcoming personality of the brand while still maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
